About the role
We are seeking a capable and delivery oriented Urban Planner & Designer to join our Pune team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working on large-scale developments with exposure to the entire project lifecycle from master planning through approvals to design coordination. This role requires strong urban design understanding combined with technical and regulatory knowledge to support smooth project delivery, client coordination, and compliance management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and review large-scale urban projects (50+ acres) in line with planning regulations, zoning norms, and DCR guidelines.
- Prepare and analyze master plans, feasibility studies, and FSI/BUA calculations to support technical due diligence and project approvals.
- Coordinate authority submissions, manage statutory compliance processes, and maintain up-to-date records for regulatory approvals.
- Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and GIS for design documentation; apply sustainable planning practices aligned with LEED, IGBC, or GRIHA standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect with 5-9 years of experience to join our team who will lead and manage architectural projects, provide design expertise, and guide the architectural team. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire architectural process, from concept development to construction completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and creative vision.
- Coordinate subconsultant work and deliverables for each project stage, ensuring alignment with design concepts, specifications, and BOQ items. Translate design concepts into detailed Construction Documents.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and estimated preconstruction budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, consultants, and the project team. Keep the team informed of developments affecting the design schedule, design elements, or project contract fee. Attend and document project meetings.
- Assist with construction administration, lead project team meetings, provide on-site observations, and monitor proposed changes. Ensure compliance with SSA’s Quality Assurance standards, applicable codes, and SSA CAD standards. Prepare and review tender documents and manage bidding and negotiation phases.
