Atmosphere Reality Pvt. Ltd. is a joint venture between The Wadhwa Group, Mann Infra Construction Ltd., and Chandak Group, located in Mulund, Mumbai. These high-rise towers offer views of the Eastern Express Highway, Airoli, and GMLR.

The client required an elegant residential arrival lobby to distinguish the property. The lobby’s design focuses on luxury and low maintenance, using sustainable materials and maximizing natural light. Key features include a transition from a triple-height to a single-height lobby, metal and mirror elements, and fabric and wire mesh sandwich glass for the first-floor railing.

Sustainable materials such as full-body vitrified tiles, Laminam tiles, and Italian marble for the reception counter are used throughout. The flooring features an opulent inlay pattern, and large artworks with hanging lights add grandeur. The color palette includes light and neutral hues, allowing accents to stand out. The 7-meter-high ceiling conceals services while showcasing a tastefully patterned exterior.
