Located in Kothrud, Pune, One Avante is a contemporary commercial development designed to establish a strong urban presence while responding to its context. Rising over 90 metres, the project brings together scale, functionality, and a refined architectural language.

The building is shaped by a balance of performance and experience, with thoughtfully planned workspaces, integrated amenities, and a design approach that prioritises long-term efficiency, durability, and user comfort.

Performance-Driven Facade Envelope

At One Avante, the façade is driven by performance, with glass playing a central role in shaping both comfort and efficiency. High-performance glazing, optimised through detailed solar path analysis, reduces heat gain while allowing balanced daylight penetration across the interiors. Paired with a pressure-equalised unitised glazing system, the façade ensures thermal stability, durability, and long-term operational efficiency. Each decision is engineered with intent, where material longevity and façade performance work together to enhance occupant comfort and sustain the building’s integrity over time.

Circulation-Led Spatial Planning

Beyond its facade, One Avante is crafted around how people experience space. It’s not just about how it looks, but how it works, how it moves, and how it feels to inhabit. Thoughtful planning ensures seamless circulation, intuitive spatial transitions, and future-ready systems that adapt to evolving needs. The built environment supports productivity while maintaining comfort and clarity in movement.
