Transparency Through Glass walls

Glass partitions take center stage, elevating the office'stransparency and fostering an open, collaborative work environment. Offeringun obstructed views, these partitions promote connectivity, while flooding thespace with ample daylight reduces reliance on artificial lighting, enhancing overall energy efficiency.

Cohesion with Brand Identity

Bold accents of Stulz's signature red color punctuate the office, injecting energy and reinforcing the company's vibrant brand identity. The strategic use of red accents throughout the space adds dynamism and visual interest, contributing to a cohesive design narrative. Moreover, office walls adorned with inspiring quotes from the Bhagavad Gita celebrate Indian heritage, instilling motivation and a deep sense of rootedness in Indian culture.

Local Materials for Eco-Friendly Architecture

Locally sourced and sustainable materials define the office's character, showcasing a dedicated commitment to environmental responsibility. Aligning with Stulz's values, these materials harmoniously balance aesthetics and sustainability, creating a workspace that reflects the company's conscientious approach to design and construction.

Cafeteria with a view

As the kitchen is the heart of a home, cafeterias serve as the beating pulse of commercial offices. Embracing a harmonious design language, we infused our café space with a dash of flair. Compared to the main office, relaxed finishes such as vibrant multi-coloured terrazzo tiles, striking orange pantry, and complementary pendant lights, we created an inviting atmosphere that exudes casual charm.
