Amit, the distinguished Principal Architect of SSA’s Pune Office, introduces a profound blend of academic brilliance and rich experience. Armed with an M.Arch from the University of Oklahoma, USA, a B. Arch from the University of Mumbai, G.D. Arch from the University of Mumbai, and an M BA Exec from Symbiosis University, Pune, he stands as a LEED AP-certified professional.

With an impressive career spanning various leadership roles, Amit has been a Principal overseeing outsourcing studios for USA and Dubai projects. His specialization lies in master planning, hospital design, schools, and leading design consultancy. Noteworthy is his experience with medical master planning in renowned firms like GKK Works (now Cannon Design) and SMP Architects (now Smith Group).

His areas of expertise cover master planning, hospital design, schools, lead design consultancy, and extensive experience in the USA and the Middle East. Amit’s fingerprints grace iconic projects globally, such as Marina City and Al Salam City in the UAE, Neelkanth Business Park, Neelkanth Corporate Park, Bramha Le Meridien Hotel in Pune, and a 4-star hotel in Gelenzhic, Russia.

Amit’s skills include lead design consultancy, master planning, and architectural design, complemented by an analytical mind, logical thinking, and a high emotional quotient. Some of his notable projects are Island City Center, residential luxury apartments of 60 stories in Mumbai that boasts a 2.5 acre vehicle free podium with more than 500 trees, Avante Spaces by Kirloskar in Pune – 2.2 million sqft of commercial offices and master plan for approx 110 acre Ramond City, Thane. His commitment extends beyond commercial projects, with pro bono endeavors like the 5 km long Godavari Park in Nasik and hospital designs for NGOs.
