Kavita, an experienced Associate Principal with over 18 years in this industry, has built a distinguished career by blending the art of design with the precision of project management. Her extensive background as a Design Architect enables her to conceptualize, plan, and execute a diverse range of residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects, all while aligning with client objectives and industry standards.

Kavita began her journey at the SSA over 13 years ago as a Project Architect, steadily advancing to her current role as Associate Principal. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in architecture and significant project management experience, she has refined her skills in conceptualization, design development, and construction administration.

Kavita has contributed to numerous noteworthy projects, including a Girls’ hostel and a Guest house at IIT Mumbai, Capital city project, A multi-story high-end residential building in Bandra, and High-rise residential towers in Thane for prominent developers. Her expertise spans diverse typologies and scales, showcasing her adaptability and innovative approach to design.

Kavita is an active member of the Council of Architects and has completed her Post Graduation in Construction Management from NICMAR. 

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kavita finds solace and inspiration in reading. She enjoys exploring new authors and genres, immersing herself in different worlds and perspectives. Additionally, she cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends, finding joy and rejuvenation in these cherished connections.
