Sagar, SSA’s Head of Regulatory, possesses an impressive two-decade career in architecture and construction management. Armed with a degree in Architecture and PGPCMWE (Construction Management), he has traversed diverse roles, evolving from a Junior Architect to a Senior Project Manager and, ultimately, assuming the leadership position of Head Regulatory.

His expertise spans all project stages, showcasing a versatile portfolio that includes Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, and Public spaces. Sagar excels in his primary role, expertly facilitating and streamlining processes for securing permissions, licenses, approvals, and clearances from various statutory and government agencies. Notable projects in his repertoire include Rama Niwas, Kohinoor City, Godha Park Beautification at River Godavari (Nashik), Viviana Mall Due Diligence, Mumbai FilmCity, American School at Kohinoor City, BDD Naigaon, Motilal Nagar, CIDCO, PMAY, and the Dharavi Redevelopment Project.

Serving as a vital connect between clients, government departments, regulatory bodies, consultants, and stakeholders, Sagar ensures a seamless journey from project inception to successful handover. His professional affiliations include PEATA (I): Practicing Engineers, Architects, and Town Planners Association (India).

Recognized as the “blue-eyed boy” of SSA, Sagar is celebrated for his go-getter attitude and cheerful demeanor. Beyond his professional achievements, he finds joy in spending quality time with family and friends.
