Sreekumar, fondly called Kumar by colleagues and friends, is known for his technical knowledge and eye for detail. He oversees workplace strategy, change management, and the design, delivery, and deployment of strategic guidelines for various clients. 

He is an integral pivot in establishing our production studio. He is an undergraduate civil diploma holder (1992) with a niche specialty in architectural design, civil infra, and architectural-civil engineering detailing. 

He is responsible for setting policy on delivery standards, leading dialogue around critical delivery issues, connecting talent and ideas, and maintaining quality control standards. He oversees workplace strategy, change management, and the design, delivery, and deployment of strategic guidelines.

A connector, catalyst, instigator, and communicator, he believes solutions to the most pressing challenges can be found in many forms, and often, from unexpected places.

He brings a keen eye for the schematic and detailed design process, as well as a deep technical skillset. Clients consistently rely on Sreekumar as a trusted advisor, leveraging his sharp focus on delivery, and attention to detail. 

He has completed more than 15 million square feet of technical drawings, on-site building evaluations, and document reviews, including compliance with accessibility standards and building codes. 

Sreekumar also ensures that SSA is ahead of the curve and keeps updating the software technology used for delivery. He identifies programs that fill knowledge gaps within the firm.

At home, Sreekumar is an amazing chef. He is a passionate photographer who captures the smallest detail. He loves traveling and spending time with his family.
