Vaishali holds the pivotal position of heading the Contracts and Administration vertical at SSA, a responsibility she has undertaken with dedication and proficiency. Over the span of 30 years, her association with SSA has deepened her understanding and expertise, making her an instrumental figure in the development and formulation of contracts, as well as the overall administration processes within SSA.

A testament to her capabilities lies in her excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which she seamlessly employs to manage a diverse range of administrative tasks. Collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams, Vaishali ensures the smooth and prompt progression of contract documents – from initial proposals, through negotiation of contract conditions, to the final formal sign-offs.

An additional feather in her cap is her micro-level contribution to the formation of Volume 3 – Guidelines of Architectural Contracts within the Manual of Architectural Practices at SSA. This project, rooted in SSA’s commitment to benevolence, showcases Vaishali’s commitment to shaping the organization’s practices for the better.
