Integrated Planning & Operational Clarity

At the arrival is a defined drop-off canopy that transitions into a streamlined lobby and reception. The ground floor consolidates social amenities and meeting spaces, while the back-of-house is discreetly embedded within the plan.

A dedicated service floor acts as a buffer between public and private zones, separating operations from guest areas and ensuring efficiency across the four guestroom floors above.

Climate-Responsive Facade & Precision Delivery

The building envelope is developed as a climate-responsive facade, optimized for shading and articulated through brand-aligned colour coding. This is supported by a high level of coordination through BIM, enabling precision in execution across systems and details.

The project is engineered to achieve an IGBC Gold Rating, reinforcing a commitment to sustainability through performance-driven design.

Organized Around Comfort

The plan reveals a thoughtfully organized layout where spaces are arranged for both clarity and efficiency. The ground level accommodates arrival, reception, dining, and meeting areas in a cohesive manner, allowing for smooth and direct access. Service zones are carefully integrated yet remain unobtrusive, supported by a dedicated service layer that streamlines operations. Vertical circulation cores are strategically positioned to ensure effortless movement across levels, while the guestroom floors follow a rational, repetitive layout that maximizes usability, comfort, and privacy.
