Serene Luxe

Living Large, Living Connected

Spanning approximately 7,200 sq. ft., Serene Luxe isn’t just a large home — it’s one that’s been intentionally laid out to feel open, clear, and connected. Located in a calm gated pocket of Ghatkopar, this duplex was designed to feel expansive without being overwhelming. Glass partitions and strategic zoning allow natural light to move freely, while still giving each area its own identity. From a sunlit terrace perfect for slow mornings to a full-fledged spa and games room, the home offers a mix of function and downtime. Every element — from circulation to corners made for pause — was thought through to suit real daily life in a generous space, a rarity in Mumbai’s typical apartment layout.

Everyday Comfort,
Elevated

The living room in Serene Luxe is where thoughtful design meets effortless comfort. Given the generous scale of the space, it’s been thoughtfully zoned into two distinct sofa clusters — one slightly more formal and functional, perfect for conversation and entertaining, and the other more relaxed, with curved seating that encourages unwinding and slower moments. A suspended swing, echoing elements seen throughout the home, adds a touch of whimsy — a playful, floating detail that feels both familiar and unexpected. Against a warm oak veneer backdrop that lends texture without overwhelming, a custom coffee table with stacked surfaces in mixed finishes anchors the room. It rests on a thick, tactile rug that adds softness underfoot and visual richness to the overall composition. Every element here was chosen for how it feels as much as how it looks — creating a space that’s warm, well-edited, and made for real living.

Personality in Every Detail

Each bedroom reflects its occupant’s personality through thoughtful details and smart planning. The master bedroom pairs soft neutral tones with muted blue accents, creating a calming, layered space. A slim custom swing adds a touch of charm, while a champagne-leaf framed artwork becomes the focal point. Sheer linen curtains with lace edging filter light beautifully, adding softness without overwhelming the room.

The son’s room leans more modern, with a clean mix of grey, white, and navy tones. A fabric-layered glass partition subtly separates the walk-in closet, keeping the layout open yet defined. Purpose-built zones for gaming and study are integrated seamlessly, with minimalist furniture and layered lighting bringing structure and balance to the space.

Statements in Soft Tones

The formal lounge in Serene Luxe is all about clean balance — where soft tones, rich textures, and confident details come together without overwhelming the space. A warm beige palette lays the foundation, offering a calm backdrop that allows select statement pieces to stand out. The butterfly-inspired rug by Hands Carpets adds an organic, almost fluid form underfoot, introducing subtle movement and a gentle touch of color that lifts the room.

On one wall, a sculptural metal artwork by Artist Hitesh Gilder adds depth and texture, catching the light through the day and grounding the space with a handcrafted finish. The furniture layout is relaxed yet intentional — low-slung seating, layered cushions, and a mix of fabric textures create visual warmth without clutter. Brushed metal accents and understated lighting pull it all together, resulting in a room that feels refined, balanced, and quietly confident. It’s a space that doesn’t try too hard — but leaves a lasting impression.
