In her role as principal, Mona adeptly oversees the activities of SSA’s PMC, with a keen focus on strategic growth initiatives, client relationships, and the management and development of key accounts. Additionally, she serves as a valuable member of SSA’s POSH Committee, contributing to the organization’s commitment to creating a safe and inclusive workplace.

With a rich professional journey spanning 20 years, Mona has been deeply involved in projects across private, institutional, and government sectors. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Science and a Law graduate from Mumbai, she brings a unique blend of technical and legal acumen to her leadership role.

As SSA’s senior principal, Mona shoulders the responsibility of managing contractual elements and ensuring the governance of SSA’s projects, all while overseeing the seamless delivery of these projects. A standout quality that clients appreciate about Mona is her ability to consistently meet expectations, earning her the commendation, “she doesn’t surprise me.”

With hands-on experience in redevelopment projects, Mona is currently at the helm of the MHADA-BDD and Dharavi redevelopment project, showcasing her proficiency in navigating complex initiatives.

Outside the professional realm, Mona places a strong emphasis on work-life balance. When not immersed in work, she finds joy in activities such as walking, reading, and traveling.
