As a senior principal at SSA, he assumes a pivotal role in ensuring the realization of the firm’s design vision and the flawless execution of plans, maintaining design continuity, and upholding the highest quality standards across all projects.
With an illustrious 25+ year career at SSA, Pankaj stands as the creative force behind some of the firm’s most notable projects. This includes the multifaceted development of Kohinoor Square, Dadar, recognized as the ‘Tallest Commercial Mixed-Use Building’ in India by the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats (CTBUH). Noteworthy contributions also extend to the redevelopment of BDD Chawl in Naigaon, Mumbai, and the creation of the National Salt Satyagraha Memorial in Dandi, Gujarat, acknowledged as a ‘Sustainable Monument of India.’
Pankaj brings a profound understanding of technology and SSA’s integrated processes to his role. His expertise in zoning codes allows him to regularly assist developers in analyzing the feasibility of potential sites throughout the city.

Pankaj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, grounding his leadership in a solid academic foundation.
Outside the office, Pankaj finds joy in exploring the world’s great architecture with his family. He takes great pride in the restoration of his ancestral home in Palashi, Taluka – Parner, Ahmednagar, showcasing a commitment to preserving heritage and a connection to his roots.
