Located moments from the Monument, Vivanta, Ekta Nagar is defined by a strong architectural expression that responds to its setting. A full-height glazed façade establishes visual continuity with the landscape, while red Agra stone anchors the building at the ground level.
The transparency of the guestroom floors is moderated by a rhythmic fin system introducing depth, articulation, and environmental control while reinforcing the building’s sculptural identity.

2025The planning is structured around clarity and performance, with guestroom floors organized along streamlined central cores. A dedicated service floor is strategically positioned within the building section, enabling silent and uninterrupted servicing of the four guest floors above.
This layered approach clearly separates guest experience from operational movement, ensuring efficiency without compromising comfort.
The project brings together expansive leisure amenities including a covered pool and open lawns with a highly coordinated service network. A clear front-of-house and back-of-house planning strategy prioritizes outward-facing views while embedding operational functions within a tightly resolved layout. Enabled by BIM-led coordination across MEP and structural systems, the design achieves technical precision and resolves complex spatial interfaces.
The development is engineered to achieve an IGBC Gold Rating, reinforcing a commitment to sustainability through performance-driven design.
